Before you go any further, know that I own none (or very few) of these characters. They are the product of David Shore's boundless talent and imagination and the actors' abilities to bring them to life. I just borrow and try to return unscathed. If you choose to read, be aware you might run into slashiness, and other, weirder stuff. Just wanted you to know. Don't say you weren't warned.
Some might say I love to torture Wilson with angst. They might be right, as this is just one little example. It is obviously not a story, just a scene. I might do something more with it one day. Wilson Let's His Crazy Show
This is something that, I swear, started out very innocently. I was bit by a plot bunny. A very innocent, if slightly melodramatic plot bunny. When I got to the end of the scene, I found the inspiration had run dry, so I tossed the little fic out into the world to see if anyone else had any ideas. Along came wanderingwidget and the crack fic was born. Here are the rather disturbing results, but as she so graciously pointed out, I asked for it! The top half the following was written by herself wanderingwidget, and the second half, by me. Enjoy... BewaretheSquid
These drabbles are posted in this Live Journal community, having been written in answer to the challenges there. There are quite a few other very nice little pieces by other authors to check out, but here are mine. HouseDrabble In case you don't know, a drabble is a little fic of exactly 100 words, written to convey a thought, reveal a little bit of character, show a snapshot in time. It is an interesting exercise in finding the exact right words to say what you mean, and mean exactly what you say. There is no room for dithering.
This is the very first House Fic I wrote. In my innocence, I posted it at the dreaded Pit of Voles as Widget likes to call it. I didn't know any better at the time. Ah well, live and learn. Keep in mind, it's un-beta'd. (again, the follies of a novice)Surprises
Some people feel Chase is a cardboard character. I just wanted to take a little look into his past to see what I could find. Some of this is from canon and some is made up. It was written in response to gen_house challenge children Out of Control
This was a one off to see if I could believably make Wilson see something about his feelings for House...I'm not so sure it worked, but meh. The Girl Who Said No
This was written for hw_fest (where, incidentally, if you want some good House/+Wilson fic, this would be the place to go) for which my prompt was: "House and Wilson getting stuck in an elevator in a snowstorm." So, here it is: Of Small Spaces and Big Sticks
The wiki style page! For my own reference because I am coding challenged.
